At TerraDesi, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t perfect, our return and exchange process is simple and hassle-free.
Returns within India 🇮🇳
7-Day Return Window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- Returned in original packaging
- All tags must remain attached
Items returned damaged, washed, or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
Products purchased during Clearance or Sale events are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Size Exchanges
If the style is perfect but the fit isn’t, we offer easy size exchanges.
Simply contact us within the 7-day return window and we will arrange reverse pickup. Once the item is verified, the new size will be shipped to you.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact Support with your Order ID and request type.
Pickup Arrangement will be scheduled from your address.
Quality Inspection will be completed after the item reaches our warehouse.
Resolution – refund or exchange will be processed within 7 days.
Refund Process
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after return approval.
- Shipping Fees: Orders below ₹599 include a ₹99 shipping charge which is non-refundable.
International Orders 🌍
Due to international logistics and customs regulations, all international orders are considered final sale.
Returns or exchanges are not available unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your Order ID and clear photos of the issue
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund
