Shipping & Delivery

Q: “Do you ship internationally?”

Absolutely! We take pride in taking "Desi" to the world. We ship to over 200+ countries including the USA, UK, Canada, UAE, and Australia using trusted partners like DHL and FedEx to ensure your package arrives safely.

Q: “How long will my order take to arrive?”

Good things take a little time.

  • Domestic (India): 5-7 business days.
  • International: 7-12 business days, depending on your location.
  • Note: During festivals (Diwali/Eid/Wedding Season), please allow an extra 2-3 days for dispatch.
Q: “Is shipping free?”

India: We offer FREE shipping on all orders

International: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your package and destination.

Q: “Will I have to pay customs duties?”

For international orders, customs duties and taxes are levied by your country’s regulations. These are not included in our shipping fee and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Sizing & Fit

Q: “How do I know my correct size?”

Our fits are tailored for the modern silhouette—comfortable yet structured. You can find a detailed Size Chart on every product page (located right above the size selection buttons). We recommend measuring your chest and waist for the most accurate fit.

Q: “I am between sizes. What should I choose?”

Since we use natural fabrics like cotton and linen which have zero stretch, we recommend sizing up for a comfortable, relaxed fit—especially for Kurtas and Kids' wear.

Q: “Do sizes vary between Men, Women, and Kids?”

Yes.

  • Men: Regular/Comfort fit.
  • Women: Tailored fit (check bust and hip measurements).
  • Kids: Age-based sizing, but we recommend buying one size up for growing children.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: “What is your return policy?”

We want you to love what you wear. If the fit isn't right, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.
  • For International orders, we currently do not offer reverse pickups due to logistics, but we can offer store credit in special cases.
Q: “Can I return a sale item?”

Items purchased during a Clearance Sale or special promotional offers are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Q: “How do I initiate a return?”

Simply drop us an email at support@terradesi.in with your Order ID and photos of the product. Our team will guide you through the process within 24 hours.

Product & Care

Q: “Are the colors exactly the same as in the photos?”

We shoot all our products in natural lighting to show the truest color possible. However, slight variations may occur due to different screen settings on your phone or laptop.

Q: “How should I wash my TerraDesi clothes?”

Because we use premium natural fabrics (Cotton, Linen, Silk Blends):

  • Hand wash or use a gentle machine cycle with cold water.
  • Use mild detergent.
  • Dry in the shade to preserve the color vibrancy.
  • Pro Tip: For deep colors (Indigo/Black), wash separately for the first two washes.

Payments & Orders

Q: “Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?”

100% safe. We use industry-standard encryption and trusted payment gateways (like Razorpay) to keep your data secure. We do not store your card details.

Q: “Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?”

Yes, COD is available for orders within India up to a value of ₹10,000. For international orders, we accept prepaid methods only.

Q: “ Can I cancel my order?”

If you change your mind, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is packed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.
